"A house with space for both parties and tranquility
✨ From wood-burning stove to hot tub – all under one roof ✨
This is not just a house – it is a home that offers everyday luxury, generous spaces and a lifestyle beyond the ordinary. With a well-kept plot of 3,175 m², several patios in different directions, a spa facility in the basement and modern updates, this is a residence that surprises around every corner.

A warm welcome
The entrance greets you with double doors and a hall that immediately gives a feeling of space and elegance. There is plenty of space for both everyday jackets and guests.
A kitchen for both everyday life and parties

The bright, fresh kitchen has large work surfaces, plenty of storage and a practical kitchen island – perfect for quick breakfasts or a glass of wine while the food simmers on the stove. From here, double doors lead out to the west-facing patio where the evening sun likes to linger.
Next to the kitchen, the dining area awaits with a stylish wood-burning stove that creates both warmth and atmosphere. And when it's time for a party or larger dinners, there is a glass veranda with windows in several directions - room for the large table and direct access to a sheltered patio.

Space for both socializing and resting
On the entrance floor, there is also a large living room, a bedroom, a spacious toilet/shower and a separate guest toilet.
The upper floor offers a furnished hall, two bedrooms and a living room - or three bedrooms if needed. Plenty of storage, in one of the rooms a large sliding door wardrobe. There is plenty of space here for both play and peace.
Your own spa area
In the basement, perhaps the most unexpected part of the home awaits - your own spa facility. Here there is a large spa bath, sauna, shower and relaxation area with tiled floors, water-based underfloor heating and fresh material choices. Perfect for relaxation, whether you are alone or want to invite friends home for a spa evening.
In addition, there is also a laundry room, storage room, guest room/hobby room and its own exit to the garden.
Exterior and practical
The plot offers plenty of space for playing, growing and spending time outdoors. There are several patios here so you can follow the sun throughout the day. A carport for two cars and a large storage room provide both function and storage, and with its own irrigation well, the garden is kept green and lush without worries.
Renovations and updates
Since 2000, the house has been carefully modernized and extended. Among other things, there is a new kitchen (2005, doors painted in 2023), geothermal heating (2013), new roof (2020), electrical installations in two stages (2006 & 2010), an additional glass veranda (2018), a carport/storage room (2015/16), a fireplace (2021) and renovated wet areas. A home ready to move into – without worries.
Summary A tastefully renovated villa with space for both tranquility and celebration. Here, generous social spaces, cozy bonfire evenings, your own spa area and a large plot that invites you to play and relax await. A home that makes everyday life something special.
Kråksmåla – cultural heritage and quality of life in a scenic location 🌿
Welcome to Kråksmåla parish center, one of Nybro Municipality's four designated national interests for the cultural environment – here is a unique blend of history, landscape and quality of life. The area has been classified as particularly valuable by the National Heritage Board, and it is easy to understand why.
In the middle of the village stands Kråksmåla Church, consecrated in 1762. The church is one of the most prominent buildings in the parish and, together with the cemetery and the rectory environment, forms a clear historical core.
In the northwestern corner of the municipality, on the border with the southern Swedish highlands, a beautiful cultural landscape spreads out. Here, farms and villages are located in high altitudes and on slopes, typical of villages above the highest coastline. Around the Kråksmåla community, a vibrant farming and grazing landscape opens up with stately deciduous trees such as oak, ash and linden. Older cultivation mounds are reminiscent of history, while the cultivated arable land shows generations of work and care for the land.
✨ Boasjön – a pearl in nature Just outside Kråksmåla you will find Boasjön, a lake that offers everything you could wish for in terms of recreation. There is a swimming area, a boat launch and barbecue facilities – perfect for both quiet summer evenings and active days. The lake is surrounded by forest and completely free from buildings, which gives a feeling of untouched nature. For those interested in fishing, there are plenty of perch, pike and roach. In winter, the lake offers great opportunities for ice fishing and outdoor activities.
✨ Summary
Designated cultural environment with unique historical value
Kråksmåla Church from 1794 in neoclassical style
Open farming and grazing landscape with beautiful deciduous forests
Lake Boasjön with swimming, boating, fishing and winter activities
An area for both permanent residence and leisure life
Here, Småland's cultural heritage is combined with quality of life and proximity to nature - a place to thrive and grow, all year round."
