Translated listing description:

"VILLA WITH CHARM AND ATMOSPHERE It is a truly charming property which is now offered for sale in scenic Stavreby on the Jungshoved peninsula. This is a fine half-timbered house on one and a half levels, which contains 82 well-distributed square meters. There is an option to register the property as flexible housing, so whether you want to live here all year round or use the house as a holiday home is entirely up to you.

Already from the outside you sense the cozy atmosphere, because the building presents itself idyllically with a white facade, black-painted half-timbering and thatched roof. Also note the classic barn door, whose muted green shade matches the finely barred window frames. From the front door there is direct access to the home's kitchen, which, like the rest of the home, has white walls and light gray wooden ceilings with visible ceiling beams.

A romantic, white design with filling elements and small, round handles has been chosen for the open kitchen. In extension of the kitchen, a section with built-in cupboards has been established, which ensures optimal storage conditions. In this part of the house you will also find the well-maintained tiled bathroom, where a washing machine can be installed.

The ground floor also contains an interior-friendly living room with a heating Morsø wood-burning stove. On the first floor, the ceiling is pitched, and the floor consists of one large room. Up here too, there are fixed cupboards and several shelves for the book collection. The lovely room has space for both a sleeping section and a work table.

The atmospheric garden is surrounded by dense hedges and fences, and the green outdoor environment is adorned with various trees and bushes as well as many flowers. There is also a greenhouse, outbuilding and shed. The village has its own small boat harbour, and less than 200 meters from the home is the combined eco-bistro and grocery store Muldiverset.

The Jungshoved peninsula offers lots of nature with forest areas, meadows and beautiful coastlines, and the rich birdlife includes sea eagles. From the address, it is also just eight kilometers to the market town of Præstø. Buy as flexible housing? A flexbolig is a year-round house that the owner has received personal permission to use as a holiday home.

The owner is thus not bound by the residence obligation that year-round houses are subject to. The owner is also free to "transform" the holiday home into a year-round home again"
