Translated listing description:
"Welcome to the beautiful villa Aspkullen, the famous blue tower house in Gnosjö. The villa was built in 1904 with inspiration from America and has since been owned by the same family and is one of the few houses in the community that has been preserved in its original condition. The charming wooden house today has two apartments with separate entrances but can easily be converted into a home for a family, maybe yours?! Both bathrooms have recently been renovated to a modern standard, some windows have been replaced, the fireplaces have been renovated and the facade has been repainted. Otherwise, there is the opportunity to refine this diamond yourself according to your taste and liking. Or keep it as it is and rent out one or two homes. A warm welcome to a viewing!

ENTRANCE FLOOR:
With entrance from both the veranda at the front and the kitchen entrance at the back, you reach the home on the entrance floor. From the front there is a hall with underfloor heating and a walk-in closet. Adjacent to the hall is a bathroom with wet room carpet, wet room wallpaper, toilet, sink, shower, heated towel rail and washing machine. Spotlights in the ceiling provide good lighting.
A passage room leads to both the kitchen and living room and the beautiful high double doors have been preserved.
The living room has lovely light from several directions and a tiled stove provides pleasant warmth. Laminate flooring and wallpapered walls.
The room between the living room and kitchen can be used as a bedroom or dining room, here there are wardrobes, plastic carpet on the floor and wallpaper on the walls.
The kitchen is of an older standard, has a combined fridge and freezer, oven/stove with hob and simple fan. Access to the back of the villa is from here.

UPPER FLOOR:
With your own entrance from the veranda you take the stairs up to the tower that is reminiscent of the world of fairy tales, maybe you think of princesses or Moomintroll. The tower has new windows and from here you can go out to the balcony with a wide view of the center of Gnosjö.
Adjacent to the upper floor hall there is a newly renovated bathroom (2017) with toilet, sink, shower and washing machine. The water heater for the whole house is located in a corner of the hall.
The living room and bedroom have the same bright and airy feel as the other rooms in the villa and there is plastic carpet on the floor. The living room has a Keddy cassette for comfortable warmth and a high coziness factor.
The kitchen offers oak parquet on the floor, combined fridge and freezer, oven/stove, extractor fan, pantry and storage.
A fantastic house that must be experienced on viewing. A warm welcome!"
