Translated listing description:

"Charming cottage yard in idyllic surroundings. Great views and nice sunny conditions. Perfect starting point for trips all year round!

Welcome to Grunnåsen 161! Exciting and charming cottage yard with a lovely location, almost at the heart of a cul-de-sac. Great and expansive view! Here, facilities have really been put in place so that you can enjoy yourself outdoors at your own cabin.

Terrace, campfire, sheltered seating, swing with view to the mountain home and outdoor kitchen. The cabin is cozy and pleasant and has been upgraded inside with surface renovation and a slight change of floor plan. There are two bedrooms in the cabin. In addition, there is an annex with a guest room/living room, an outside sauna and an outhouse.

Water is collected from a water post. Year-round road. There are solar cells in the cabin as of today, but it is possible to connect to water and drainage. A nice destination for the day is Hygga Fjellkro, where most of the season is served. Excellent hiking opportunities, all year round with both hiking trails and cross-country trails."
